In ALBAYAN, character development is an integral point for the students in both within and outside of the school, even after completion of their studies in our institutions. Our trained and dedicated teaching staff is keenly interested in the welfare of the students.
The Form masters as well as class teachers hold meetings with students, where the students learn how to be better individuals and improve their behaviour within a scheme of work of moral education in line with planned behaviour sets. There are behavioural goals and levels that students are supposed to achieve implementing in their daily lives for each class sets. Students stay in fixed levels of expected behaviour and they do not move to an upper level until they individually demonstrate all anticipated behaviours. Thus, molding the behaviour and characters of the students are painstakingly carried out to ensure that we have more reasons to hope for a brighter future.
With the help of personality and career tests and correct guidance, students are assisted to choose their future university courses. With a wide range of club activities, students are encouraged to explore and develop their talents.

Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)

Is a formal organization composed of parents, teachers and staff; the goal of which is to facilitate parental participation in the school. They occur in both Public schools, Private Schools and also in International Schools.
National PTA comprises millions of families, students, teachers, administrators, and business and community leaders devoted to the educational success of children and the promotion of parent involvement in schools. PTA is a registered nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTA is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.
